Design and Development | Building on BOA’s deep knowledge of performance with additional sensitivity to the needs of trail runners, we developed a pinnacle dual dial solution for Altra — our very first collaboration — qualitatively shown to improve technical trail running performance by 2%. When compared to laces in on-trail biomechanic testing, the BOA solution outperformed its traditional counterpart in both running economy and impact attenuation. Performance tested, scientifically proven.
